Welcome to Earth Elegance Events ("Earth Elegance Events"). By accessing or using our website, apps, or services (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Scope

Earth Elegance Events provides tools for organizers to host contest-based events (including pageants) and for users to view contestants and cast votes. Ticketing features are not supported in contests-only mode.

2. Accounts, Security, and Verification

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. We may require email verification for certain actions, including contestant applications.

3. Contestant Applications

When applying as a contestant, you may be asked to provide personal information and upload media (such as headshots, full-length photos, and government-issued identification). You agree that:

  • The information you submit is true, accurate, and not misleading.
  • You will not upload forged, manipulated, or fraudulent documents.
  • We may reject or remove applications that violate these Terms or an event's rules.

4. Contest Rules and Governance

Each contest/event may include additional rules published by the organizer, including eligibility criteria (age, nationality, residency), disqualification conditions (fraud, false submissions, misconduct), and how winners are selected (vote totals, judging, tie-breaks, and final approval authority). By applying, participating, or voting, you agree to follow the applicable event rules.

5. Voting Rules and Integrity

  • Paid votes: You may purchase votes as configured for an event, subject to fraud controls and payment limits.
  • Free votes: Where free voting is enabled, it is limited to 1 free vote per person. We may enforce this using account identifiers such as user ID, email, and phone number.
  • Self-vote prohibition: Contestants may not vote for themselves. Attempts may be blocked.
  • Anti-fraud: You must not manipulate votes, automate voting, impersonate others, or use the Platform for unlawful activity.

6. Payments, Chargebacks, and Refunds

Votes and registration fees are generally non-refundable once processed. Refunds may be issued only in limited circumstances (for example, proven technical error or cancellation), at the discretion of Earth Elegance Events and/or the organizer where applicable. Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes may result in account restriction.

7. Media and Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload and share any content you submit (including photos, videos, and documents), and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant Earth Elegance Events and the relevant organizer a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute contestant profile media on the Platform for voting and event promotion purposes.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, contact us at support@eartheleganceevents.com with details of the claim.

8. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for their event rules, eligibility criteria, contestant selection, prize fulfillment, and lawful handling of contestant and voter information they access. Earth Elegance Events does not guarantee the quality, legality, or outcomes of any organizer-run event.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, including the difference between public contestant profile information and private verification documents. Please review our Privacy Policy.

10. Complaints, Disputes, and Support

If you have a complaint or dispute, contact support with relevant details (event, transaction reference, screenshots). We aim to respond within 3 business days.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
